// About
A software company in Kosovo
Artechan is an in-house engineering team. The company is in Kosovo. The work is software: SaaS products, web applications, and custom systems.
Where the team is
The engineers are in Kosovo. There is no published street address on this site, and we do not claim offices in other countries.
Most clients are outside Kosovo. Companies in Kosovo can hire the same team. The working language is English, on Central European time, which covers the European workday and US East mornings.
How the team is staffed
Juniors, mids, and seniors work here. Artechan recruits and interviews them. A project is not staffed from a freelancer marketplace, and there is no account manager between you and the people writing the code.
Launch closes the work that was scoped. If you want the same people after that, for performance, features, or infrastructure, that engagement is billed.
What we will not invent
This site does not list client logos, headcount, or case-study metrics we cannot stand behind. The product previews on the homepage are interface examples, not customer stories.
